Terms and Conditions
Whilst onboard our trike we take care to secure your belongings in the lockable baggage compartment but any loss or damage to personal property remains the responsibility of the passenger.
The minimum age for a passenger is 8 years of age. Passengers between the ages of (8 - 16 yrs) are required to be supervised by a parent, guardian or as otherwise agreed.
Passengers need to be able to step up unaided onto the Trike to be seated or have a support person to assist and travel with them.
Where passenger pick up and drop off’s are required outside nominated areas a surcharge may apply.
If you have any medical conditions that may affect you as a passenger while riding please inform us at the time of booking.
West Coast Trike Tours has a Three Seater Highway Style Trike that is professionally maintained and is PTV approved.
Your rider is approved through the Department of Transport with over 35+ years riding experience.
What do you need to wear?
Closed in shoes are a MUST for ALL passengers
Wearing a helmet is a legal requirement and West Coast Trike Tours will supply a helmet for you to use. You are welcome to bring your own helmet providing it meets the legal requirements in Western Australia.

Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for the weather on the day.
Bring your camera for photo opportunities on the day.
Behaviour Policy
We reserve the right to end the tour if behaviours become unruly, unsafe or continue to distract the rider.
People will not be allowed on the tour if they have consumed excessive amounts of alcohol.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to the booking time, otherwise 25% will be retained if within the 48 hours period.
West Coast Trike Tours will review the weather on the day of booking via BOM and if unsuitable we will contact you as soon as possible to re-book. If unforeseen weather arises during the day the tour may be suspended and rescheduled.
Payments
Payments can be made via; Cash, Credit Card, Square or PayPal
Gift Vouchers
Gift cards are non-redeemable for cash and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and can be used towards any Tour we offer.
